Good to know

Room cancellation are only valid in writing and free up to 30 days before arrival. Of course, we will try to rent out the room again. Should that no longer be possible, we will charge:

From the 29th day: 50% of the invoice amount

From 14 days: 70% of the invoice amount

From 7 days: 90% of the invoice amount

For group reservations, the cancellation conditions apply as agreed upon.

Should your booking not be possible due to an official travel warning for the Arlberg or Tirol or a quarantine is ordered by the Department of Health for your home region as a result of COVID 19, cancellation is possible free of charge at any time! 

Would you like to play it safe? We recommend that you take out the uncomplicated and inexpensive holiday cancellation insurance of the Europäischen Reiseversicherung.

When confirming your booking, we ask for a down payment for you holiday at the Hotel Pettneuerhof (within 10 days).

In Summer: € 300 per room

In Winter: € 500 per room (in one of our guest houses € 300.)

Check out until 10:00

Early departure will be charged.

Should you arrive after 18:00, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible. 

Child discount in rooms of parents (with 2 full-paying adults):

·      0-4 years old: free

·      5-7 years old: 80% reduction

·      8-11 years old: 60% reduction

·      12-15 years old: 40% reduction

·      Aged 16 and over: 20% reduction

We will also gladly equip your room with toddler and baby essentials free of charge:

Children’s cot, changing mat, baby bath, nappy pail, potties, toilet seat for children, bottle warmer, child locks, children's high chair, child seat cushions, bibs, baby monitor, various toys, children's books 

The 3rd Adult (from 16 years of age) receives a 20% discount in the double room

Double room for single occupancy - price upon request.

For rooms with breakfast our half-board price is reduced to € 10 per person per day.

The local tax in the holiday region St. Anton am Arlberg is € 5.00 per person (from 15 years of age). Local tax is not included in the room price.

Only on request. Dogs or pets without food € 14 per day and per animal. Please note that pets are not allowed in the restaurant. We reserve the right to charge for a necessary final clean.

All rooms at the Hotel Pettneuerhof are generally non-smoking rooms. Smoking is also not allowed in the restaurant and dining area. You can gladly smoke on the balcony or in the outside area.

Our guests at the Hotel Pettneuerhof have plenty of parking spaces right in front of the hotel. 

You can pay your hotel bill in cash and debit cards. 

All rooms at the Hotel Pettneuerhof are equipped with shower/WC, hair dryer, telephone, room safe and flat-screen TV.
