Safe Hospitality
The safety of our guests has top priority - our hygiene measures at a glance.
The successful summer season has showed us, that in times like these, a pleasant and above all, a safe holiday at the Hotel Pettneuerhof is also possible.
Our hygiene concept is constantly under revision and adapted to the requirements of the Austrian government. Together we will create a positive and safe environment with a few (where possible), but effective rules and want to thank you for your support in advance.
Our hygiene measures at a glance
With your prudence, you will protect yourself and other guests, as well as the hosts!
- Upon your arrival we will greet you with the usual friendliness, but respect the minimum safety distance and forego hand shaking and hugs.
- FFP2 masks in all accessible indoor areas. Children between the ages of 6 and their complete 14th year of age, will just need a tight-fitting face mask. Exceptions are children under the age of 6 or people who cannot be expected to wear a mask due to health reasons.
- Keep a minimum safety distance of 1 metre away from other people, excluding people from the same household or fellow travellers from the same share accommodation.
- Where possible, please do a lot in advance of your holiday by email and phone (reservations, etc.). In doing this congestion at reception and in the restaurant can be reduced.
- Make contactless payments where possible Preferably settle the bill by card.
- Follow the instructions given by staff members.
- Wash your hands multiple times each day with soap and water for at least 30 seconds.
- Avoid touching your face with unwashed hands.

- You will keep the same table throughout the duration of your stay, for both breakfast and the evening meal. Please wear a face mask whenever you leave your table.
- The minimum safety distance also applies in our spa area. So that other guests can also use our sauna, after a trip to the sauna, please relax in your own rooms.
- Housekeeping have been specially trained for this new situation and we have changed our cleaning products accordingly.
- We will only clean in the absence of guests and ensure that there is sufficient ventilation in the rooms.
